๐Ÿค

What we expect from our co-workers.

Smart work over hard work ๐Ÿง

This definitely doesn't mean that you'll get away without pushing to your limits. ๐Ÿšซ

We need people to work hard enough to create smarter ways of executing things. Nothing's going to happen if you don't work hard enough, but you build systems that could accelerate exponential growth by working smart. This is what we are talking about ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ˜Ž
"On December 1, 1913, Henry Ford installs the first moving assembly line for the mass production of an entire automobile. His innovation reduced the time it took to build a car from more than 12 hours to one hour and 33 minutes."

The energy that you bring to the table matters!

We've all noticed how the energy of an entire room can change whenever certain people enter it.

Energy is contagious. One bad vibe ๐Ÿ˜ž in the day can affect you, people around you, and travel through them and similarly, a good chat ๐Ÿค with someone can make your day. As humans, it's obvious to have low days so it's our responsibility to uplift each other and try to keep the team spirits up. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Own it. Take charge. Step forward.

We expect you to take ownership and be accountable. Pick out the very most important thing you can think of, and work on that. It is not ok to follow instructions blindly. We judge your performance based on the results you deliver overall. You'll make a lot of mistakes along the way - and that's ok! What matters is that you're making mistakes quickly, iterating, and getting better over time.

Go that extra mile. It's worth it.

That's what distinguishes you from the rest. Giving that extra 1% effort to even the smallest things like the mail you sent or the customer reply you made can go a long way.

With every โ€˜extra mile actโ€™ you perform, there is a subtle and cumulative shift in your attitude, your energy, the very way you see the world, yourself, and others. These shifts impact everything you do, and slowly it becomes who you are.

Never stop learning.

Learning is what keeps you growing and upbeat. With a curious eye, you'll probably crack any problem, and that's the attitude we need. As long as you are curious to learn, we are good ๐Ÿ‘

We don't wish you to simply work here but also to learn and grow on your journey with us.

A team player

Working as a team, everyone should help everyone else raise their game. Being great atย giving and receiving feedbackย is a key part of our culture.

We don't expect you to watch your colleagues fail - it is a basic part of working at LastEye Studios that you provide direct feedback to those around you. If you don't give feedback when you see something going wrong, you have missed an opportunity to make LastEye Studios better.

If you relate to all the above-mentioned points, congratulations ๐Ÿฅณ you'll be a great fit!

If you don't agree with us, we are still grateful for your interest in us. โœŒ๏ธ
